All our horses are tested for Piroplasmosis, otherwise they would never make it out of quarantine in the US. Regarding CEM testing, please note that the United States does not require it from horses coming from Brazil as there is no metritis there. It is required for horses coming from Europe, or imported to Brazil less than 1 year before traveling to the USA. None of the horses coming to the auction in the U.S. were imported to Brazil, they were born there.
