Brazilian typical food will be served during your stay and it includes:

Churrasco (barbecue)
Grilled meat, sausages, white rice, farofa (roasted manioc flour), green salad, Brazilian Vinaigrette Salsa, Brazilian mayonnaise salad, coalho (curdled cheese) and pineapple with cinnamon.
To drink: Water, sodas, beer, Caipirinha (Brazil’s national cocktail, made with cachaça (sugar cane hard liquor), sugar and fruit, most commonly lime.
Churrasco prepared by Interagro´s riders/grooms and caipirinhas prepared by trainer/manager

Feijoada (stew of beans with beef and pork)
The most famous dish is the feijoada completa: several meat ingredients (jerked beef, smoked sausage, smoked tongue, salt pork, along with spices, herbs and vegetables) cooked with the beans.
We prepare a light version with black beans & pork sausage, sirloin, jerked beef, Brazilian kale, orange, rice, breaded fried banana and fried mandioca (cassava, manioc, yucca).

Steak, white rice, bean, farofa, fried potato or mandioca (cassava, manioc, yucca), vegetables and salad

Croquete de carne (beef croquette)
Flour dough dumpling filled with ground beef.
Served with white rice, beans, farofa, fried potatoes, vegetables and salad

Escondidinho (Escondido = hidden)
Seasoned minced beef covered by mashed potatoes/purée and parmesan cheese au gratin. It can also be prepared with chicken or beef jerk instead of minced beef.
Served with white rice, farofa, vegetables and salad

Frango Caipira Assado (Farm raised roast chicken)
Served with fried mandioca (cassava, manioc, yucca), white rice, beans, farofa, vegetables and salad


Pescadinha (Hake)
Filet of hake prepared in the oven served with mashed potatoes, white rice, vegetables and salad

Baked salmon served with “batatas ao murro” (boiled potatoes “a murro”, literally meaning “squashed”), white rice, vegetables and salad


Italian rice (arborio) prepared with butter and parmesan cheese and option of Arugula or Leek

Typical Dutch cuisine

Trip to Holambra, Dutch community located 30 minutes from Interagro to visit garden centers followed by dinner in town.

Half day trip – leave Interagro right after lunch, visit garden centers and dinner

Fresh fruits, vanilla ice cream* and coffee served daily and each day a different typical Brazilian dessert as follows:

  • Variety of puddings (milk, coconut, egg white and chocolate)
  • Guava cake roll
  • Fruit salad
  • Quindim – a popular Brazilian baked dessert, made chiefly from sugar, egg yolks, and ground coconut.
  • Mousse de maracujá (passion fruit mousse) when in season
  • Doce de leite/dulce de leche/milk jam – milk thickened by hours of simmering with a lot of sugar, pasty consistence and caramel-colored)
    o Baked bananas with honey and cinnamon
