Quercus is very beautiful, well-built, strong, calm and comfortable to ride. He is balanced, easy and has good rideability, with very good balance and very good rhythm in all three gaits, his trot is correct and his canter is very easy.
His dam, Escuna Interagro, is from the first generation of Lusitanos by Zíngaro Interagro, a black stallion with an exuberant presence and magnificent gaits combined with an excellent pedigree and incredible temperament; qualities that were transmitted to the vast majority of his offspring. Through her maternal line, she descends from Vedete Interagro, a 100% Veiga black brood mare. In addition to Quercus, Escuna also produced the black Lasciva Interagro (by Nordeste SS) included in our breeding program and Rogada Interagro (by Lord Interagro).
Sired by the great Zepelim Interagro, a stallion of 3/4 Andrade lineage, approved at age 14 when he retired from international competitions. A very expressive stallion and with above average size for the breed, the charismatic Zepelim had good rideability and trainability with strength to execute the combined movements. Son of the Great Champion Quinarius Interagro, whose mother, Jutlândia (SA) was an exceptional producer, Gold Medal at the International Exhibition of São Paulo in 1992, daughter of Urco (SA), who with his brothers Yacht (SA) and Zamorim (SA) are the three sons of Martini (SA), the son of Príncipe VIII (FCN), who are at the base of the Andrade lineage formation. Zepelim´s dam, Ordenada Interagro, was a daughter of Yacht (SA), one of the main stallions of the breed, with Capicua (MLC), an exceptional mare, whose lineage Interagro has been concerned with preserving, from which came the classic Dressage champions Montezuma do Mirante, Nirvana Interagro and Zepelim Interagro.
