Napeiro Interagro is a very well developed young horse, with a strong croup, classical Lusitano head, and exceptional movement.

This colt’s impressive pedigree is a rarity; his dam, Erigone Interagro, was revised with a score of 72. 5 points and is a daughter of the renown Ofensor (MV) and Quintilha Interagro, a daughter of Xique-Xique (CI) and Palha Blanco Consoada (QF): a mare revised with a score of 79.5, three times awarded in Portugal in the years of 1985, 1987 and 1989, and also winner of a gold medal in Brazil. Quintilha produced a remarkable offspring at Interagro, mainly mares: Dulcineia, Erígone, Capitu. Zidanta and Virgínia Interagro, the mother of our Interagro’s newest grey stud Gladiador Interagro, were revised with scores of 74.5 in 2016. One of her few sons, Hamurabi Interagro (by Ofensor MV) was sold to the US in March 2017.

Napeiro’s sire, Empreiteiro Interagro, is an eye-catching bay stallion of excellent temperament. Empreiteiro is a son of Perdigueiro (MAC), from the Firme (SA)/Nilo (MV)/Novilheiro (MV) lineage through Hábil (MV) and maternal grandsire Rocinante Interagro. Also on Empreiteiro’s maternal side, this stallion descends from Quina (CI) lineages through his great-grandsire Xique-Xique (CI) and Andrade lineages introduced by great-granddam Interessante (VAN), a daughter of renown Vidago (SA).
